The first question to ask yourself: should I furnish a rental property?
The younger your target the more frequently you deal with singles who have not yet furnished a property anywhere and they will certainly arrive in Luxembourg with only suitcases. So yes, in this case, it is preferable to fit-out your rental.
How to furnish it?
It is better to invest in fittings which are not too expensive but to fit out the whole interior well and bring a touch of comfort.

Be careful when adding accessories: it is not just a few candles – not recommended by the way- that bring the touch of well-being but rather a combination of well selected objects for their material, texture and colour that make the difference.
At what price to rent my furnishings?
There is no set rule but we advise our clients to amortise the costs of furnishings over a period of 3 years. This seems reasonable when you invest in items that are not too expensive and it allows you to replace certain elements quite frequently to keep the space fresh, up to date and without « old things »!
